virtue: moral excellence; goodness; righteousness.

example: "Virtue," Georgia's parents explained "is a principle to apply to all actions in life."

virtuous: a person who follows the guidelines of a moral/good/kind life.

example: Grandma is virtuous

because she is always caring and

kind.

compassionate: being able to understand how another person feels.

example: John was so compassionate that when one of his friends hurt themselves he could almost feel the pain too.

sphere: a circle of influence or a group of things that have power over how you act or think.

example: Even though she was only seven years old her sphere of influence was large, and when she started playing a game everyone wanted to play that game too.
