vocal pipes: common usage for vocal cords which are two membranes in the throat that vibrate giving you the power of sound.
example: What a set of vocal pipes that soprano must have I thought as I listened to the clear forceful high note she sang.

assistance: the act of helping or giving support.
example: When I broke my arm, I asked my friends for assistance carrying my books from class to class.
